Hey, I’m 15 (turning 16 in two months), around 178 cm tall, and currently weigh about 74 kg.
I’ve been trying to lose fat, but most of the change happened on my stomach and arms — not my face or legs. My legs carry most of my weight, and I still have noticeable cheek fat and slightly loose skin.
Any advice on how to specifically reduce face fat and tighten skin overall? I’ve already dropped a few kilos (from 77 kg to 74 kg) and grown taller, but my face still hasn’t leaned out.
