Need advice on fillers/other options

fucking hate my lower third more than anything, slightly looked into minimal ass HA fillers for lips and chin maybe, very unknowledgeable in this area though. Don’t wanna look like even more of a faggot lmao, just wanna look normal eventually. If not fillers, any surgeries or anything that could help? Not worried about price, genuinely open to any ideas.
