I’ve been trying to grow my hair out, I have texture powders and sea salt sprays but I’m not sure on how to grow my hair out, how to use the products etc

first of all, focus on your face no the hair,

second of all just grow it out and go to a saloon not a barber, you need to experiment what hairstyle fits you the best then do th right things to style it
