Need to hit a potassium goal minimum 4,000 a day do this by drinking 2 litres of coconut water a day and a banana. Also if you want hollow cheeks you need to start doing Lympathic face drainage

Yeah I actually do need to improve my potassium intake especially for my face

For short term hollow cheeks aswell (not really losing face fat) it’s ideal on a night out to just wear a t shirt so u can be cold and huntingtons response law will kick in it’s a process I have posted about so have a look if u want to learn more
