Need advice on surgery plan

Got a surgery plan, but not sure about the movements, feel like they are too conservative. Feel like my lower jaw needs rotation instead of just a genioplasty. Any advice? Picture of xray to see soft tissue

Movements are upper jaw 4mm forward, 2mm downgrafting. Lower jaw 0.5mm forward right side, 3.5mm forward left side, to fix asymmetries.

In CT front view, jaw is asymmetric left-right. Plan addresses this asymmetry, but forward movements are so minimal that they won't really make a difference to side profile.
