(16M) , I’ve noticed some signs of mild maxillary recession. Specifically, when looking at my profile (90° angle), the transition from my midface/cheeks to my nose isn't smooth. I’ve also noticed a slight nasal hump developing over the last few years that wasn't there before when i was 13 or 14
I haven’t had a clinical consultation yet, but I’m looking for input on the best way to address this (looking for non-surgical options first).
Are there effective natural methods for improving mid-face support at 16?
How effective are appliances like MSE or FME for this specific issue compared to surgery?
I’m still growing, so I’d appreciate any advice from those who have used expanders or similar kind of things.
