I've been trying to get advice on where I can improve facially.
Started with UMax and ChatGPT but I know those don't mean much, looked into QOVES and FaceIQ Labs but the pricing doesn't make sense so I tried to measure my facial ratios myself. Trying to pinpoint where exactly I'm lacking in my bone structure is hard as I'm not that educated on it.
A lot of the most popular surgeries I see with the best ROI's are (in order): bimax w/ sliding genio--> custom wraparound implants to address asymmetry and low bone mass (zygomatic arch, jawbone, brow ridge) --> open rhinoplasty w/ alar base reduction. This was my plan for a while but it's pretty unrealistic once I realized that my FWHR is off and too wide and implants would only make it worse.
What's most important is keeping my facial ratios that are already within the ideal range, the same and proportionate after surgery.
Who or where on .org can I pm/post to get a morph with a list of procedures and how MUCH advancement I need (i.e., 10mm advancement for my chin, 5mm wider commissures).
