currently on 2.5 mg of reta wondering if at my current weight I would be fine cruising around 1300 cals 252g protein 46g carb 21g fat . First post on here so sorry if this is a retarded question just wondering if I was missing anything or if I should change anything

retard dont go on insane deficits, up the cals to like 1500 at least
 
more carbs more fats less protein, like 200g carbs, 30g fats, 200g protein
if you go to the gym might up it to like 250g carbs

don’t eat below your bmr, if you’re working out have some carbs before the gym and after. Also get some healthy fats in as well
