i just turned 15 and my growth has seriously slown down. i’m currently about 6 foot but haven’t grown in months. 2 years ago i was about 5’9, this time last year i was about 5’10-5’11. what should i do to prolong my growth and prevent closure of my growth plates? i’ve pretty much stopped my stack too… should i start one?
