going to start taking semaglutide along with pregabalin or phenibut
3mg daily of semaglutide for 30 days and see if results are good enough, if not then ill bump to 7mg for another 30 but i dont plan on going to 14 mg
phenibut-250 mg every week due to very high tolerance buildup

pregabalin-75mg daily or whenever needed
