have full lips but they're decently narrow and nose is a tiny bit wider than intercanthal distance. always thought it was a nose problem but realized i might need a commissuroplasty. i wanna diy it, doesn't seem super complicated, thoughts?

If you genuinely think your mouth width is holding you back, save up and get a consultation with a qualified surgeon first. You might even find that it's not your commissures at all. Facial harmony is way more than a few measurements.

well im sure that my nose to lips is fucked because of my commisures, my lips look nice until you look at the corners because it ends pretty abruptly its like the skin tone there is diff but theres no commisure line? (if that makes sense) broke student atm dont think i have the money for that surgery

I get what you mean, but I wouldn't jump straight to commissuroplasty. A lot of what you're describing can just be normal variation in lip shape, pigmentation, or how the corners of your mouth transition into the surrounding skin.

Also, if you're broke right now, don't rush into a permanent facial procedure. Save up and get an actual consult first because a surgeon might tell you the issue isn't even your commissures.
