I've done some research and have already started the process of improving my flaws. I'm currently softmaxxing as much as possible before proceeding to any hardmaxxes. I'd like some feedback on things i can get done mainly with the intention of sticking to a high ROI procedures. This is what i currently have in my mind

Sotfmaxxing:
- 12 % body fat physique, build muscle
- get rid of acne with skin care
-85% healthy 15% junk food diet

^almost done to start hardmaxxing

Hardmaxxing:
- fat grafting periorbital region(supras/infras)
-rhinoplasty (possibly- idk if ROI is worth the risk. Feedback on this would be great)
-some type of laser or peel for acne scars
-lower third chin correction (idk what i need)
-braces to fix teeth

For my lower third, I feel like my lip area is poutting, almost like if my lower lip appears to wanna give someone a kiss from the front and 3/4th profile. I am having a hard time figuring out what exactly I need or what the issue is in general but this is the options i am currently considering
1. Extractions of premolars. Some orthos are telling me i have bimax protrusion. My teeth are sticking out giving the illution of a weak chin (out of all the options, i think this is the least i agree with)
2. I have some degree of microgenia and need a genyoplasty. Maybe filler could work
3. I grew up with tons of sun exposure on a climate which was definitely not healthy at all(which is why i lack a lot of periorbital fat). I wouldn't be surprised if i also lost all my chin area fat and just need fat grafting

All three could be completely wrong and maybe I need something else.

My goal is to start hardmaxxing next year. Any feedback on what I can improve would be appreciated. @vermicel I'm @ you as i would like to hear your thoughts, you a goat.

Periorbital fat grafting has the highest ROI and best risk to reward ratio for you right now. Given your starting point, you might need more than one session to achieve optimal results.

I'd support the idea of a rhinoplasty, as it could improve both your front & side profiles. Slight tip rotation (upward), tip debulking, dorsum shaving/straightening, maybe an ANS graft ... that's basically it. No alar plasty.

Yes to a chemical peel or C02 laser treatment. I don't think retinoids (tazarotene, tretinoin) will be enough to treat some of your acne scars ; but still use them in your skincare routine.

A sliding genioplasty seems indicated. Even if you did a bimaxillary setback (through orthodontics ?), your chin would still lack some forward projection. If it's more convenient for you, and assuming it could deliver enough of an aesthetic improvement, then, yeah, fillers could be considered as an alternative.
Your front profile pictures are unideal for an assessment, but your chin height seems fine (>2.0 chin to philtrum ratio). And its width, relatively to your mouth width, seems fine too. So the treatment should focus on lateral advancement.

That being said, I see three points missing from your post :
> acute jaw frontal angle and lack of bigonial width.
The only ways to enhance bigonial width are fillers (Radiesse, Juvéderm Volux) and jaw angle implants. You could also use the latter to drop down the posterior mandible/gonions, which would mitigate the acuteness of your JFA.
> thinning temporal peaks and hairline ; sparse eyebrows. Given your ethnicity, I would expect you to be quasi immune to androgenetic alopecia, so you would have to clarify what's going on with your hair. Anyway, as a general advice, I would say to use minoxidil + microneedling for all the aforementioned areas.
> flared ears. To be confirmed. If so, add an otoplasty to the list.

My understanding of orthodontics & orthognathics is superficial, and I can't analyze ceph scans, so I'll let others comment on that. @Animepilled @compost_ @lurking truecel @geenk worg
