need Bimax expert to tell me what to tell Surgeons (knowledgecels GTFIH)

want to start getting consults

upper jaw definitely recessed, not sure if bsso is needed or if the lower jaw will be able to rotate naturally without upper jaw blocking it

want to know what to tell surgeons (i.e 15mm lower jaw, 6mm upper jaw idk) so they know my ideal and whether they can provide that in their treatment

don't want a 'conversative' bimax (or whatever surgery is most suitable), i want as much forward movement as feasible

eye area is not bad at all and shouldn't look dogmaxxed, but may go for infraorbital rim implant if needed to harmonise things down the line
