Need Bimax/lefort Advice

Hello,

I have a pretty severe underbite, so its not possible for me to bite or chew on food normally since my teeth dont connect properly. I had braces treatment since I was a kid but its not enough to compensate the recessed maxilla/overgrown mandible. So as a solution I will be getting a Bimax or just lefort 1 to fix this issue. Insurrance will cover most of the procedure and orthodontic treatment so thats why I wanna do it in Germany, if id go abroad id have to pay like 5x the price.

Question is if anyone got recommendations for surgeons in Germany, cause ive read a lot online and a lot of people seem to get botched/bad results with this surgery.
If anyone got some advice or recommendations please feel free to tell me, would really appreciate it : ).

schonmal jetzt gesagt du wirst eine zahnspangenbehandlung vor der Bimax brauchen. die wird 1-2 jahre dauern. Such dir Kieferchirurgen in deiner Nähe, mach Termine und schau was sie sagen. wirst auch einen Kieferorthpäden brauchen, der mit dem Chirurgen gemeinsam arbeitet

Ja, war schon bei mehreren aber die meisten sind unseriös und haben nicht soviel Ahnung, da die Risiken schon hoch sind möchte ich da in guten Händen sein.
