Won't share my face. But I have the similar lower maxilla position as this dude:

However, mandible isn't really recessed horizontally i.e. lower lip and upper lip relationship is fine. It's just short and too parallel to the ground. Moving the lower maxilla forward and rotating CW, screws up my harmony completely so I need upper maxilla advancement and browridge implant for my side profile to look harmonious.

Nah his case was much much worse than mine. He is deformed. @AtlasTH. I morphed my side with bimax (CW rotation) and looked liked shit. But when I advanced my upper maxilla and browridge at the same time, the result looked very harmonious.

Most doctor that don't work on craniofacial center can perform lf2/3 if u have enough money but don't confuse it with distraction osteogenisis. Normal lf3 isn't that scary

Nah. I was sperging out. Lefort 2 is a pipedream for me. I'll probs just get bimax. Failing that rhino+genio. Better than nothing.
