Need Braces advice!!!

I have braces with a tool to widen them. Could i theoreticaly widen the braces every week to widen my teeth and maybe the palate with them and could it fix my asymmetry. My dentist told me to only widen the right site but my jaw is tilted to the left and I think its the wrong call to widen the right site. Any advice how I could use it to ascend PLS HELP!

i dont think you could widen the pallet, and fix the asymmetry. hopefully it could be otherwise

Braces can't affect your jaw if that is what you're asking. If you're young, I've heard that braces can guide jaw growth but idk about any of that, hasn't pertained to me.
