Need conformation on optimal sleeping posture. Back vs side/fetal

There are some who recommend back and claim that it will solve facial asymmetry and some who recommend side/fetal and claim that this is what’s natural to humans as it is observable in primitive tribes.

Does anyone have any ideas?

It’s not that bad

I sleep with no pillow while camping it’s actually alright

Well I sleep on carpet so not exactly really hard. But yeah I still use a pillow

Use a thin pillow

Sleeping on your side you need a pillow for neck support, it's more optimal that way
