Chew gum to fix it. You can find specified gum online. Facial exercises work as well, even smiling a lot helps or practicing the movement of your jaw into the point where it looks symmetrical.

its probably due to a tilted or your sunken maxilla then. i was in the same situation. im recovering rn very slowly.
What currently are you doing to recover? Is it working, i have had this assymetry for few years

yeah its when ur jaw and cheekbones and temples become slightly-noticeably different. its not so much the sleeping position. its probably the strain/tmj that wears away ur jaw on one side of the face. it could also be because of a tilted maxilla which makes one side of your face more prominent than the other. im currently not chewing hard foods and relaxing my face whilst increasing hgh and igf-1 to regrow bone in my face gradually. its been working slowly, i can feel my left cheekbone returning day by day.

i got my asymmetry from chewing too frequently. im turning 15 soon, so i still have time to fix this with maybe braces and thumbpulling

sounds good, I kinda knew this would be the right approach, thats what i preach and say to others but dont do it myself, also id suggest investing in magnesium lotion since its best bioavailably and will help with your symmetry journey

ill think of it. rn im drinking raw milk to loosen my sutures for thumbpulling. it has magnesium & lots of good shit for regrowing bone when ur optimizng ur hormones. at first my body was not used to dirnking it, but the second day it adapted to drinking it and i have no side effects.

just be in a parasympathetic body state so the sutures are relaxed, butter also helps with making sutures more proje to change
