Need DJS surgeon recommendations overseas

I have a slight yet stable tmj, i plan to get marpe first and then look into surgery. I plan to go overseas but i want to make sure i do my due diligence to find a reputable surgeon. Im willing to go to Brazil, Italy or Turkey so long as i find someone whos good. So far im liking Ramieri (although hes booked till may) Carlos Chrzanowski and Augusto Parry from Brazil. Please anyone point me in tbe right direction for my bimax. I plan to fix my facial harmony and possibly to implants for midface.

hmm idk about Pary he had some crazy botch horror story I saw on Reddit.

Ramieri is good and reliable he's ascended a few on here but he's obviously more expensive compared to Brazil. However you said you want implants and I'm not sure what his technique is like since I'm sure he only does lower jaw implates.

Eren Pera and Burak are pretty good surgeons from Turkey.

Find a surgeon who fixes the diagnosis you have well and have a keen eye for aesthetics - ideally trained in MIOS as well, some are great at certain movements others not so much.
