need forcefeeding advice

I need advice for forcefeeding.

I try to eat as much lean protein as i can but i cant get over 3000 - 3200 ckal a day its just to much food at that point. What im doing rn is after every meal i just spam 3-4 glasses of milk so i get more ckal in but stillt cant get over it. I feel like throwing up after every meal i eat.

Dont give bs advicd like „eat peanutbutter“ or stuff lile that I need clean, lean calories with high protein

i was actually thinkikg bout it but im planing to hop on test so might as well just use adrol at this point. Stilling trying to gain another 5-10kg befor i hop on tho

if you do 3k calories just try to eat half clean half not

Just do mk-677 + Test, dk bout adrol. also learn how to write.

bro i actually hate myself after every chestmeal i even tryed the „tunfischschake“ from the big M … thats how deep it got
eat shakes and do just high calorie food thats easy to consume like nuts or just something high calorie

I use heavy whipping cream instead of milk since you only have to drink around 1/4 of it compared to milk to get the same calories so you wont feel as sick. Don't use it long term though.

i said „lean calories“ blud puts me on some 50 grams of fat a cup diet

just buy like super cheap bread and mush 5 slices into a tiny ball and try to eat it as fast as possible and drink water with and do that klike 3 trimes easy way to add tons of callories will make u fat also u may vomite

i did it with toast a few times i can eat a fuck tone lf it but sadly it just carbs

Ahh hitting 3k+ clean calories can be pretty brutal. Your stomach has limits, forcing more is just gonna make makes you vomit. Liquid protein is your friend and the way to go: whey, casein, or blended eggs/Greek yogurt between meals gets calories and protein in without the volume. You can try to spread meals to 5 to 6 smaller ones. Clean bulking is always slower, so accept that your gut sets the ceiling.

just try spacing out your meals more and making them smaller, instead of eating 5 eggs and chicken and rice for 1 meal eat 2 eggs and toast then eat rice and chicken an hour later. you should be eating 4-5 850kcal meals a day for bulk depending how much youre trying to bulk. and you can also consume liquid calories too theyre a cheatcode because you can eat them when youre thirsty and not hungry

liquid protein is gold bro drink a bunch of liquid protein and calories and you’ll fatten up, also chocolate milk is a gold mine, now mark solution
