I have 2 questions (concerning vegetables and tuna):
-alot of ppl say vegetables are toxic and we shouldnt eat them and they offer no benefits whatsoever is that true and backed by science?Not health ministers i mean actual studies
-is tuna really only consumable max once every 2 weeks? My parents insist its high in uranium I should limit it to max once every 2 weeks since it affects my body but I eat 1 can weekly cz I need to hit my protein sometimes and its packed with protein is that true?Also is there any scientifically proven fact regarding what my parents are saying?

Veggues r shit eat fruits. Soluable fiber>insoluable fiber in veg.
No you can eat tuna everyday but you shouldnt eat canned ones. Check the omega3:6 ratio tho

anti vegetable nonsense comes from pseudoscientific and misleading sources and is propagated by conspiracy theorists and grifters

humans have been consuming plants for hundreds of thousands of years. any anti nutrient in plants is either too weak to affect 99% of people or is killed off by cooking. living off nothing but meat and dairy is unsustainable and extreme

tuna is good but yes it can contain heavy metals and especially lots of mercury. i would recommend smaller fish such as sardines or anchovies. they are just as beneficial but don’t come with high metal content

as much as you want. i used to eat a can a day. just make sure to brush your teeth after :forcedsmile::forcedsmile::forcedsmile::forcedsmile:

Being given that I have braces i would not want the stinky odor to stick to the metals
