I'm 5'6 (ik brutal) 76 kg I'm currently eating 1000 cal a day. I'm just worried I'm gonna lose muscle. Ideally, I want to lose fat and AT LEAST maintain muscle if not build. I don't want to be skinny fat I want to be toned and lean. Do u think I should bulk first then cut?
