Need gymmaxing advice

I'm 5'6 (ik brutal) 76 kg I'm currently eating 1000 cal a day. I'm just worried I'm gonna lose muscle. Ideally, I want to lose fat and AT LEAST maintain muscle if not build. I don't want to be skinny fat I want to be toned and lean. Do u think I should bulk first then cut?

you'll end up with stretch marks if you bulk at this point, get lean first.

you barely have muscle to lose.

My brother do NOT bulk. You are overweight fat fuck.

Diet: u will consume 2x your weight in proteins
Workout: First months, try A-B, after that you can go by a-b-c, a-b-c-d.
Cardio: make sure you're doing the right amount of cardio almost everyday.
LifeStyle: you will AVOID alcohol and low your sugar consumption, increase your complex carbs and sleep at least 7h.

Only do cardio while in a deficit. Manlets who gymmax get even more humiliated
