need hair advice

looking for haircut recommendations rn and products for hair quality, ive been considering of going back to shorter hair (i know my current hair isnt that long but wtv) but i'm too paranoid of looking worser than i already do rn with shorter hair, i think my hair looked good in the first attached picture how can i achieve that 24/7? (my hair was just greasy jfl), also need shampoo advice i just use random shampoo products (when i actually use it i hate using shampoo)

other pictures are bad random pictures not cherry picked for a genereal idea of my current hair, i think it doesn't frame my face good at all

would also appreciate if anybody could cherry pick bad features on my face right now and what/how to improve as i've been ldaring 24/7 and i need to improve again
