need help about neck training injury

fuck im never doing lateral flexion ever again. you almost never get injured if you do neck curls to failure but if you do side raises like me, and you do it to failure i fucked up my right side a bit it hurts when i rotate my head heavily to the left

1 week passed and it felt like almost no pain and i tried 10kg left side raise(the non injured part) and the pain in the right came back %50

will this shit heal with 1-2 months with no head rotation and neck activating?
 
get it checked by a doctor I reckon better to be safe
 
lol it wasnt even noticeable until i trained neck again, now its kinda back to %50 how it was the first time. i guess i wont be training neck for months brutal

Do neck curls for frontal muscle and isometric holds in that curl postiion on side with weights all ofc + neck bridge iso holds
