Need Help and Rating

I’m currently 5'10" and 165 lbs, I’ve lost 70 pounds, as I used to be 235. I still feel like I have a lot of facial flaws and issues, and I need help identifying exactly what they are and what I can do to improve them. I’m open to more serious hardmax solutions as well. For example, I know I’ll likely need otoplasty at some point. I also struggle with how to style my hair, and I think my mandible is somewhat recessed meaning a bimax may be necessary as well.


If someone with experience on this forum could point out my biggest flaws and explain what they would do from here, I’d really appreciate it. I know there’s a lot of information on this site, but I'm a greycel and need it put in laymen terms. If someone could break down the next steps in simpler terms, I’d be very grateful.

I plan to continue this cut to 135 lb because I don't carry a lot of muscle mass and need to get more lean.

ltn you could probably improve almost everything like your eyes, bones, jaw, skin, hair
