Looks like someone spilled blood on me look like a cheetah and it’s not acne u see there I’m already on 40 mg of isotret. I’m not a darker skin type so I only get pie(post inflammatory erthyma) that is not a pigment issue like dark ethics get pih that is easy to solve . Instead my problem is damaged blood vessels . And no grey will tell me to put ghk cu or sun it made my skin worse and it ain’t a cure for this specific issue. Any highiqcels who faced this problem before. Used tret and taz gives minimal results
