Lefort two separates the nasion/maxilla from the orbitals/zygo and re adjusts it ccw or cw.

But i think lefort one is what im gonna get first. It really depends also surgery is super expensive (im an unsuccessful 17 yo so i cant afford any surgery)

Like my maxilla isnt bad or i wouldnt have a gf but but its downgrown imo even though its pretty common for downgrowth to occur which gives a gummy smile and a horseface. im hoping biohacking/roidmaxxing will continue to better my maxilla shape etc. all abt the endocrine while ur developing that is why i NEED HGH AND AROMASIN (im aware that it can allow downgrowth somewhat )but it is worth it because i can gain taylor james level bones and ill frame/heightmaxx simultaneously

all i will most likely want at that point is a lefort one,yag lazer treatment and maybe some other add on surgeries
