need help finding ways to lower cortisol

Context: i am enlisting next month to combat role, i don't want to give up on looksmaxing as it extremely helpful in this setting too.

I want to lower cortisol as much as i can (due to past experience in military boarding school) i know the basics like sleeping good,remaining calm etc but want to know if there are better ways as ill need them
