Isotretinoin, Acnatac Gel (i would use Acnatac Gel first and if this doesnt work use Isotretinoin. The point is that Acnatac gel works differently than Isotretinoin tablets, it works locally, and therefore your whole body is not affected by side effects such as dry skin. I had worse acne than you and i used Acnatac and my acne disappeared.)

avoid greasy foods and drink a lot of water. shower with cold or lukewarm water, not hot. make sure you’re getting enough vitamin C. use benzac on spots and niacinamide on marks. have clean hands at all times. cut sugar off.

I suggest tretinoin because I started with accutane and it was too harsh for my skin so I use tret from skinorac along with a moisturiser and spf50 from la roche posay and it works good. But diet is also important.
