A lot of tards will tell you to fake it till you make it but it’s false. Confidence comes from making small wins daily and progressing as well as from happiness (these are available for me idk about you) so try to not skip out on things like going to the gym as those small losses add up snd make you feel like shit

u should think about why u r unconfident and if it is a rational reason then i personally think there is no point trying but i dont know every circumstance so u should try
