Need help in deciding my surgery plan

I’m currently done with softmaxxing and I believed I achieved my full potential with my genes alone, i’m currently 18, want to avoid peptides and have been planning on getting surgery for a long time, specially an otoplasty, since as a kid I was constantly bullied for having big ears and it was my biggest insecurity. I also have a recessed jawline and I want advice from people that have proper surgical knowledge to help me out.

been softmaxxing for about 2 years and on the last few months i’ve seen barely any changes, kind of just want to do surgery to get rid of my fuckass face problems and ascend to HTN, also cyberpunk is peak twin
