Need help in losing body fat

I am currently 16 and go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week. I have heard ppl say that for effective body fat loss u need to train only 3 to 4 times a week. Should i focus on cardio more or weight lifiting? Need help

both, but honestly just hop on reta, I lost 25lbs in a month where most of it was fat bc I protein+carbmaxxed
