Best for zygos is massage gun for 30 mins and you don't count hits just when you probably bleed or it gets bruised but 8 minutes -20 minutes probably

For chin I use edge of cologne bottle never changed my tool, I don’t like smashing with round items at all I literally only use knuckles and cologne bottle, make sure u cover the targeted area u smash with a cloth to avoid skin damage
