Need help planning drugs

So tomorrow’s gonna be filled with drugs, was gonna take 60mg of adderall to lock in on school work, but also take 5mg nebivolol and 20mg cialis so heart rate isn’t too high and vasoconstriction isn’t crazy, on paper this seems like nebivolol and cialis will balance out the adderall side effects but chatgpts telling me some bullshit like it could give me a heart attack, definitely don’t want that jfl give me some advice (was also considering hctz because I wanna be debloated for the gym that day, probably 25mg)

I have a tolerance atp tho, took 30mg today and didn’t feel that much, though last time i took 60 with no nebivolol or cialis my heart was kind of pounding and I had no veins, lips were also kind of dark signs of high vasoconstriction

No ask ur doc for vyvanse I have prescription too say your not feeling the benefits of adderall anymore and want to try vyvanse
