Need help slaying

I’m recently 16, I am 5'11 barefoot, and went from LLTN to HMTN and LHTN when frauding a little with makeup and diuretics. I didn't have to do much I just had super severe acne since I was 13. My acne used to be so bad my face looked fat from the swelling but I have like almost no scarring .
Cuz I was LLTN and looked disgusting I had like no social life in school and outside and I don't even have any insta snap or nothing except burners and I have no ones @ I know. And lowk like only go outside to walk my dog cuz he chill.
I live in like a nice island in Europe where people from Germany Russia and England come so there's plenty of pretty foids ngl.
Any way I was thinking now that I'm at least HMTN and LHTN on a good day with some frauding and i'm like 6,1 with only slight frauds
I should be able to slay now right? but idk if its even possible in my current situation and how easy/hard to would be and where do I even start?

Some additional info: KHHV never really spoke to a girl my age ever

This year was my last year of school cuz "working" with my parents is like way better
I am in summer break rn
