I’m 6,2 and 163 lbs and I’m around 13-14% bf I’m a little bloated so I need recommendations on how many calories/protein I should eat in a day as well as water intake and cardio my grad is in 6 days. I don’t have any compounds so don’t send that bs the most I have is dandelion root tea/ green tea for diuretics

Bro debloating is straight up cope if you dont have the bones… But I would try some Dioretics tho you need a source
