wait so i wnna lose like only 2-5kg in fat, im 165lbs rn 5,6 i put on weight since i moved hhouse bc i didnt know this area i stopped all my clubs and i was rotting in my bedroom, now i go out every other day, and wrestle some other days, but gna start gym, ofc ill be reading gymmaxxing guides to achieve the best physique at my age (13), but only problem is tht i dont got money for a good diet, and my mum litt buys slop, like chicken nuggets, fried chicken, pasta, pork, potatoes, gravy, genuine slop, wondering if only eat 2 meals a day, lunch-dinner (because i dont eat breakfast ill feel sick) will i still lose the weight, i can hit my protein, by like drinking protein shakes but thts it thts litt all i can do, wondering? if thts ok.
