Can someone tell me what would actually help me get clear skin?

BOTB skin care guides saved me when I gave a fuck about my skin. Two weeks and my skin was clear. Look there if you haven’t already. There’s stuff about acne scars and lines/wrinkles.

This is what I know

It’s water but fix your gut (healthy whole foods diet) you said you’ve got that so good.

Double cleanse then moisturize every morning AND night, exfoliate however often you need, get at least 7hrs of sleep a night, wear sunscreen.

Also be gentle. Don’t rub or brush your skin unless you’re exfoliating. Let water wash off your products. pat with a clean, unused towel to dry.

It’s mostly about repairing your moisture barrier and improving your collagen production.
