Need help w teeth

Im 15 year old, I have a very shitty maxilla like no forward growth. I have invisalign to fix my teeth (very bad) but I want to thumbpull while my bones are still maleable, what do I do?? I think if i start thumbpulling my invisalign will start not fitting then my teeth will get worse. Help pls
