Need help with ancillaries for skin stack (model skincels GTFIH)

The goal: evisceration of black heads and enlarged pores, "accutane nose", model tier skin, glowy look

Already in use: topical tret (planning to stop once i start isotret), salic acid, enzyme peelings, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, sunscreen, moisturizer, diet optimization (no milk, sugar, white bread etc), corticosteroid creams

What i plan on doing: 20mg accutane long term

Now the side effects elimination:

lipids, liver: tudca, Ezetimibe, reta

joints: bpc 157, tb500, ghkcu.

it is important for me to eliminate all joint pains because i do a lot of sports and gymcell like my life depends on it (it kinda does)

now my questions: how should the doses look like for the ancillaries? are there other useful ancillaries for my use case?

mostly meat, lately trying to switch to red meat and trying to go raw but it has been raping my bank account ngl.
i eat clean complex carbs like couscous, bulgur, quinoa together with my meat.
1x banana, apple, kiwi per day.
maybe 3x a week i throw some vegetables if i cook my meat for taste.
nuts and dark chocolate.
coconut water + sometimes orange juice
3x eggs every day at least
liver 1x a week at least
lactose intolerant sadly so i supplement with calcium

mostly good, ngl cut out the nuts and dark chocolate, veg isnt great but not the worst every now and again, if potatoes fine if leafy greens bad because of high oxalate intake, the fruit is fine , yeah add more red meat mince is cheap, not really much pros to going raw just eat it undercooked if its good quality and i personally prefer it warm.

I eat the same thing every day (its been worse since its easter andive gotten a few breakouts) but usually i just eat

6 eggs, 1L milk, 200ml kefir. 250g greek yoghurt, 500g red meat (usuaully just a pack of mince), a potatoe and a wild salmon fillet if theres no sun

I was talking about buying a cow with friends and family to save money but they're too high inhib about it. I am lazy fuck so I rarely ever eat potatoes

You don't need any "side effect eliminations" while on 20mg Accutane.

I have seen people reporting side effects even on 10mg. I play competitive sports on a professional level so i cannot allow ANY joint pains affecting my performance.

Tudca and ezetimibe might be overkill tho. Should I just keep those things on hand? Is blood testing before and after necessary? Ik sounds high inhib aa fuck but I want to minimise the unnecessary risks
 
youre using too many exfoliants which is going to do nothing but irritate your skin and make your pores appear even larger

drop the salicylic acid + enzyme peels (or replace with azelaic acid in the AM)

keep the niacinamide, hyauloronic acid is redundant if its already in your moisturiser

if youre that paranoid about joint pain then just stick to topicals and be patient

If you're that worried keep them on hand and use a bit when you actually feel/see side effects. Don't take them pre-emptively. Blood testing on isotret is not necessary, especially for the dose you're using.

Look into rosuvastatin instead of ezetimibe. I think it was @PharmaPhaggot that put me on i'll document the differences on my bloodwork.

Fish oil will do more than the peptides u listed for joint health if ur not taking that already it's a staple with accutane

Been on high dose quality fish oils for a long time and theyre good but incomparable to healing peptides

I'm in a pretty similar situation to you, i seem to have a similar skin type based on your description and am gunna try accutane just to fix that up. I've been drinking a gallon of milk a day for the better part of a year and i see that could lead to problems with pore enlargement. I stopped the milk consumption a while back once I started prioritizing skin care. My sleep quality is noticeably worse without it. Do you (or anyone else giving advice here) think I could add the milk back in to my daily intake once i start accutane?

I am lactose intolerant so whenever i drink a molecule of milk i immediately get a flare up the next day
