Need help with arimidex situation

I was on 0.25 mg arimidex every 3 days for about 4 months and tested <5 pg estrogen, i have since lowered to 0.125mg however the pills are incredibly hard to split into eigths so im not sure what to do. I dont want to hop off arimidex and close my plates from rebound but also dont want sides from long term supression. Can anyone help me?

buy a lower dose arimidex maybe but if you have a lot of your current supply then just cut it in half. Or blend that shit up and measure them on a micro scale into your own capsules

Yeah but i had practically 0 estrogen after 4 months of doing that so i may react strongly to it

I'm on .25mg eod, started 2 weeks ago. How did u get ur bloodwork done, did u go to a private practice? I don't know much abt getting bloodwork done.
