alright so... I want to really change my diet (pretty fucking shit right now with junk food rarely tho, but just things that aren't the best, like I don't eat any fruits of veggies etc) trying to force myself to change it now because i'm still young, so it will benefit me in terms of slight bone mass increase compared to not changing my diet over the years, physique wise (I won't gain more muscle over the years) which i'm clearly going to need to get this physique
then there's the fact I barley eat protein, i'm about 174 LBS and eat maybe 70 grams? (currently cutting to 10% bf so I can lean bulk to gain mass and stay lean) lmk anyways to help me fix this please and thank you
