It's pretty quick you just need napkins, medical tape, and the microblade.

I have all of that except for the tape but should I cut slowly or fast and do I have to daily or every now and then

2-3x a week until you're happy with the results.
Slow or fast just depends, when you take a bandage off do you pull it slow or rip it off fast? It's about how your pain receptors work.
