get lean 10% bf or less. IF your face is still fat looking do DIY FATD or UC. Use a combination of accutane starting at lower doses + topical estriol

DNP is generally recommended for large amounts of weight loss (think morbidly obese landwhale trying to leanmax in 2 months) and it has crazy risks like cataracts and heart failure (cause technically its a pesticide/explosive ingredient), so recommending it for a lil face bloating is nuts
