Need help with fat

I am lean although have a lot of face fat. I have looked into aqualyx although cannot find a reputable source. I have heard that indiamart is a good source but I’m still not 100% sure on it as it’s fucking Indians who are known to scam. I’m 19 btw if that means anything. Pls lmk if indiamart is okay and if you can give me a vendor on Indiamart that you have had good experience with.

If you have the money go for a source of the internet (just use google and in 10 minutes you try to find the best price)

If you dont have the money go for Indiamart its less expensive but more risky
