i am a skinny guy, 6'1 with 68 kgs bw. i just started gym and the first day i did 3 sets of 12 reps for bicep curls and other things for arm and it pained a lot, it took 3 days to recover. after a week when i went i couldnt even do 5kgs properly w left. the strength in left is almost zero. and right also lost some strength.
now i cannot even get 12 reps w 5kgs from left.
can anyone help me? i have imbalance in left and right but still how do i manage to get my strength back or atleast get progress

jfl dont listen to these people when i was 13 almost 14 i couldnt even curl 5kg then a few months later (still 13) i curled 20kg for reps. Its just progressive overload and eating bhai you can make good progress while being natty
Run a Push pull legs, anterior posterior, upper lower or arnold split. They’ll all hit each muscle group twice a week which is all thats important. The split itself isn’t important its the consistency and the intensity. Do two sets pushing each set to failure. Get 1+ day of rest each week and don’t train while sick. If you want ill go through what each split means but you could just search their names up on tiktok and someone will give you a breakdown. For the muscle imbalance just focus on unilateral exercises and it will eventually fix itself. For recovery focus on eating enough protein and sleeping 8+ hours.

Dont expect fast gains in the first week your body is just getting used to it. After that the gains start. For actual fast gains roids and peptides are the only answer. But workout for a couple of months before making that decision.

Growing them will take time, just continue working out as your body is trying to figure shit out. If you havent seen growth after a month your doing something wrong wether its form or nutrition.

If the muscle you were trying to work out is sore then you're doing it correctly. The delayed soreness will start to diminish when you get more regular

the first day i went i did 3 sets of bicep curls w 7.5kg each. it got really sore ,and took 2-3 days to recover.
i went again today after 4-5 days and couldnt even do 5kgs with left bicep. right is fine but what should i do?
and as i cannot do 5kgs with left i dont do my max with right too as itll cause imbalance.
so theres no soreness. idk if youll understand

It's cause its gonna take a while for your body to adapt as a beginner. You are gonna have some ups and downs but it will all workout as long as you have passion
