Need help with my ascension plan (high knowledge/IQ needed)

I have been lurking on org ever since 2023 began. I had a different account before but that doesn't matter now. Recently I've been getting into lm again and I want to ascend again. I am pure white but one of my common problems is bloating which makes me look chink sometimes.

I need help and a good guide on bloating and other advice on what to do to ascend. Every bit of help is greately appreciated.

You already look good, keep the hair in the first pic. For bloating just drink enough water and monitor your intake of sodium and potassium, there's probably a guide for this in botb. Also, what ethnicity are you? I can't tell

I'm pure white. I just have an insane issue with bloating which makes my eyes swell up a lot. I naturally have a lot of fat in my supra region which is good but I don't have a pseudomonolid or anything of that sort. I have a normal eyelid like every other whit person, just that its prone to swelling. Tag some high IQ people. I really want to ascend
