Need help with my test level

I came up with a result of 8.5 ng dl testosterone. It says that average for adult male should be between 2 and 10 ng dl. However, average is not always optimal anyways. But the thing is that when I look around online I find that average is actually between 8 and 29 and that 8.5 ng dl is bordering hypogonadism. I am not certain if they have a different meassure here where I live or what. I am not sure about western numbers. If someone can clarify.

But they did put ng. Then I need to go and complain to them? I'm dissapointed with my doctor. 8.5 nmol is like 240 ng dl? Thats like the lowest test ever. 5 times lower than someone with over 1000...

u can do the long hard way of eating clean exsercising stress free no fap etc etc..
or u can inject test

u could just inject test when u wanna make a baby then stop idk
