Need help with surgery planning.

Im getting MARPE in 3 weeks with the use of headgear to extend my palate and maybe increase forward growth with the headgear if possible. My next plan after would be double Jaw surgery. Im not entirely sure if i’m going to want lefort 1 or 2 with implants. I want to make the surgery 100% worth my while. Definitely want to keep my natural looks, not too uncanny. Can anyone with experience point me in the right direction?
